Competition Season Registration is now open for the 2019 Season

Triathlon Training at its best!

Which level is the right one?

There are many factors to consider when deciding at which level to place your triathlete. Some are based on our evaluation and others are predetermined for us by USA Triathlon.

Factors:

Interest by triathlete; triathletes age, schedule of family (work, school, other activities), commitment of triathlete to practice.

I mentioned age, because of USA Triathlon's Age Group Competition Rule or "age up rule."  This means triathletes compete based upon their age on December 31 of the year of the event.

We are pleased to offer training options for athletes of all levels. We invite you to try any of our group workouts FREE for your first week.

Interested in individualized coaching?  Please contact us directly as we do set up training plans year-round for our athletes.
