Sadly, due to the COVID-19 virus, we will not be operational this 2020 Season
MSPandA was created in 2018. The goal was to create an environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun in the sport of triathlon. In order to be successful, it takes a lot of time and effort, and a good amount of dollars. These dollars pay for items ranging from indoor trainers (a necessity in the North), uniforms, and other training accessories that are needed to help support our young athletes. The number one cost associated with the team is travel expenses. The fees to get to races in Virginia, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Ohio, can be very expensive. Sponsoring MSPandA with any amount will go a long way to helping these young athletes achieve their goals.
Our 2020 race schedule may include travel and lodging to the following locations:
Sponsorship Level Donation Sponsorship Gift
1 $200 or less Logo on website and social media
2 $201 – 500 Level 1 + water bottle
3 $501 – 1000 Level 1, Level 2 + team shirt
4 $1oo1+ Level 1 – Level 3 + Coaching consultation
All sponsorship dollars go directly to supporting our young athlete’s development and we at MSPandA appreciate all the support you give us. Please contact us to inquire about being a part of our sponsorship team.
Our clients should actively be involved in a swim club or team while training with us.
Most of the swimming will be done at the Waterford Pools (Kettering and Mott High Schools) but we will use Pontiac Lake State Recreation Area Beach for our beach start and open water swim practices.
One of the safest areas we have found to workout on the bikes is within Indian Springs Metro Park in White Lake, MI. They have a hilly 8 mile loop and a 5 mile road course that we use to train. In addition, we will set up and practice our transitions from swim to bike and bike to run at this location.
Our 2nd location for biking is Kensington Metro park/Island Lake as they host a few of the local triathlons, so we want our clients to experience the course before race day.
One of the safest areas we have found for a running workout is within Indian Springs Metro Park in White Lake, MI. They have a hilly 8 mile loop and a 5 mile road course that we use to train. In addition too, the running we expect you to do on your own.
